Notice Regarding Windows ARM-Based Devices and 32-Bit Compatibility

We are aware of recent changes in Microsoft’s support for 32-bit applications on ARM-based Windows devices (such as the Surface Pro X or newer “Copilot+” PCs). These changes may affect the ability to run certain applications, including 32-bit software not compiled for ARM64 architecture.

To clarify: Our software, ARM, is a 32-bit Windows application. The term “ARM” used by Microsoft refers to a type of processor architecture, not our product. While no issues have been reported to date, we are actively monitoring compatibility on newer ARM-based Windows systems.

If you are using a device with an ARM-based processor and encounter warnings or issues when launching our software, please contact us. We are committed to ensuring continued support and will provide updates as needed.

How to check your processor type:

Go to Start > Settings > System > About, then look under Device Specifications for “System type.” If it says ARM-based processor or Arm64-based system, your device may be affected by these changes.
